The terms that govern your use of SIMSIM and the Face API.

1. Agreement
By accessing SIMSIM you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you accept them for that organisation.
2. The service
SIMSIM provides a cloud Face Recognition API. We may update, improve, or change features over time.
3. Acceptable use
You must have a lawful basis and appropriate consent to process any image you send, and you must comply with the biometric and privacy laws that apply to your users.
- No unlawful surveillance or processing without consent.
- No attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
4. Plans & billing
Paid plans renew monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes apply from the next cycle. See pricing.
5. Data
We store irreversible face templates, not photos. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited as set out in your agreement with us.
